Account creation

I have had a number of complaints about the account creation process. When people try to create an account it lets them go through the process then when they hit enter to create the account it just sits there saying it is being created. I have had one report to say that it sat there for over an hour thinking about it.

Is this a bug or just bad internet?

I think this may be related to our account creation dialog expecting someone to click on the "Create Account" button rather than hitting Enter on the keyboard. I'll have a look at this and try to get a fix out later this afternoon.
