Hi Judy, we'll be happy to help you figure out some things about managing your site.  First of all, as far as deleting posts, I would recommend watching the first video on our Discover Visigroups page.  This will quickly show you how to delete posts (and make stickies, move threads, etc) directly from your forum index page.

Second, as far as editing posts goes, you edit them directly on the page.  The button that you use to Reply should also have a little arrow/menu right next to it.  Click that will pull up a menu that you can use to edit a post.  You can see it in the screenshot here:



As far as adding music is concerned, we might not support that right now but it's surely something we can add support for.  The main issue is that if you add it to your forum description, the HTML that you put in would get stripped out.  All we would need to do on our side is add support for the tags you'd use to put music in.

Soon I'm going to add some screencasts narrating howl you how do things on Visigroups.  There's a lot of support for all kinds of things that aren't very well documented right now.
