I want to change the name of my forum URL

I didn't know the signin name would be the name of the visigroup.com on my community site.    How can this be done.  I would like it to say www.brokenwing.visigroups.com

Thank you

Hi Linda,

To manage a site you need to be logged in to site's account, i.e. to manage brokenwing.visigroups.com you'd have to be logged in as brokenwing (we plan to change this in the future).  I'd recommend creating a new site called brokenwing, then we can move the lindaw site to that one, and/or add the lindaw account to the brokenwing site as a manager.

Adding New Community

Ok, I created a new community called brokenwing.  This is the community name that needs to be in my visigroups url.  You will need to please accommodate that for me.  Let me know if I need to do anything else to get this URL changed to brokenwing.

Thank you!

Linda

Is that what you meant, or do I need to create a whole new account by logging out and starting all over?

I'll create the new site for you with the brokenwing account - should work the same as the existing one, just under the brokenwing name (both will still be running) - this will ensure that everything works properly!

URL Issue

Oh Wow!  Thanx so much.    BTW, why doesn't the tool bar work in my community or here?   I only got the U to work (underline).  Whatsup with that?

Thank you again,

Appreciate your support!
