Is this in your Announcments forum or the General Discussion?

The Announcements forum is designed for only the admin (you) to post in, so if you're not logged in, then you wouldn't be able to post replies.  You can also change this if you like by changing the "Roles" for the forum in the site manager.  Here's a screenshot of where you would change that setting:



If that's not the case and you're still having trouble replying, let me know (it could be a bug) and we'll try to get it fixed ASAP.

You might want to try replying in your General Discussion forum.  Give that a try and let me know if replying works there.  If not, we can try a few other things and make sure it gets fixed for you.
